sorry LMZC, i just saw you had responded to this!! Yes its with any type of experimentation, invasive or non invasive, drugs or no drugs, treatment or just control rat. i am sure they know how to bend the rules to their advantage and that is how no one found out...and no worries, i have nothing to say about it, i'm glad they found homes!
