Gypsy,
How old is he?? Usually after the first molt or by 5-6 months the woolis totally no fuss no muss. I have to say he is verybeautiful. I have Lionheads and Jersey Woolies. As a matter of fact abreeder about 45-50 miles from me contacted me about buying a fewdutchmarked vienna carriers from her, she really did not want to botherand I have been trying to get vienna carriers so I could start a lineof BEW, she went on to explain she needed more space and such for herSatin Angoras, and as much as I love Lionheads, I love Jersey Woolieseven more, I am going Saturday to pick up her entire herd of 13 JerseyWoolies. A couple are older does that are going to get a nice big cageand retire here. A few I will be showing, a few I may breed. I am justso glad I crossed paths with this lady. She had said her husband wasgoing to start culling htem himself. I will give you a rundown on whatthe herd is made up of.
BUCKS: Pointed white, 2 smoke pearls, 1 vienna marked blue
DOES: 1pointed white,1smokepearl, 1 chocolate, 1 chinchilla,1rew, 1 ermine,1VM tort, 2 VM blues.
The surprising thing was my husband did not take much convincing atall. This lady even offered to give me the transporter cagesfor the warf breeds as she won't be needing them anymore. Luckily Ihave a friend who used to raise Mini-lops and holland lops and has lotsof cages she gives to me. I just wanted to share I am excited aboutthese bunnies. There is nothing cuter than a Jersey Wooly except maybea Lionhead(or vice versa). My bunnies all stay here with me until Ifind the right home for them
Even if it takes forever and the righthome ends up being here with me and my two legged children.
