I am 99% sure they are called charlies after Charlie Chaplin because charlie marked rabbits can sometimes have a little "moustache", I read that somewhere.

Thank Tinysmom, the picture of Bandita really reminded me of Benny. Unfortunately I don't have a better picture. The strange thing is that Benny's markings around the eyes and his ears are black but the stripe on his back and the fur behind his ears is sable like my little netherland dwarf Asha. Is there a black/sable charly

I don't know the color names for over there - can you go to this website and look at the photos and let us know which color is closest to what you're talking about?

(I only really know the lionhead colors here in the states).
