Usually I get a couple dozen of those emails a DAY.

Normally I just ignore them, many times I put the email addresses on "block".

Just overa week ago I got fed up and replied to each one of them with one simple statement:

"I have a 16" booger in my nose."

I'm sort of hurt now - it seems that I have been 'disowned' by all those wanting to scam me out of money one way or another.

You should put up their addresses for us scambaiters! :D I have lots of fun wasting scammers time. You can get them to do all sorts of humorous things.

That's funny about the booger :p.

I get those same emails. I am going to have to try that and see if they stop.

NZminilops I am curious what you do. I may have to start having fun with the scammers.

slavetobunny, I would be happy to forward some of mine to you. Some you canget a million dollars from a guy in the UK who needs someone here in the US to transfer the money to. All he needs is your bank account information and you will be a million dollars richer. I have lots of other great ones. Just let me know if you would like some lol.

I haven't gotten one of those in awhile, either. I used to get them every day, then they just stopped. So sad. ;)

I heard something where there's a whole group of people who mess with these spammers, send them on wild goose chases and stuff. The main story I heard was a couple guys set someone up and had him travelling all over, thinking he'd be able to swindle some money from an orphanage in some small town. Crazy. Can't remember where I heard it from, This American Life, maybe.
