She didn't eat much of her dinner , she has been having teeth issues .

Yeah, you can check her teeth. Not eating is often a cause for concern with bunnies. Has your vet given you any advice as to what to do is she hasn’t eaten? If not, it might be a good to call the vet and see what they’d recommend

Supposed to be syrine feeding if she doesn't eat .

I must’ve fallen asleep, sorry. You can syringe feed if she doesn’t eat for a few hours, if that’s what your vet has told you. If your vet has told you otherwise, just follow their advice
 
I have read that iceberg lettuce and light colored lettuce is not good. Maybe something to research.
