Is my bun a MALE or Female?

Well good news everyone...

I did some research and was able to get in touch with a vet that works with the local bunny rescue and they said that wouldn't charge me to bring both of our bunnies in to be sexed. The Dr. said that he/she will be able to tell if they have also been fixed or not. I am going to double check about their ages as well.

What I'm afraid of is if they do have to get fixed, well, it's not gonna be cheap. And I am short with money right now...but I'll cross that bridge when/if I have to.

I'll be sure to let ya'll know what the vet says! :biggrin2:

Sometimes it's hard to see if a girl has been spayed, but I hope things go well and you find out what sexes they are!

My 4-H leader told me today that if it's difficult sexing them, and you're trying to find out if he's a boy or not, grab him by the scruff of the neck (and pinning the ears) and scoop him onto his butt in your other hand. Bounce his bottom and if he's a boy, his testes will drop.
If not, then most likely, girl.
