You think the kids are given a set of questionslike a study book before the shows... cause really... some of thosequestions... I can't believe they would remember that stuff unless theylearned it recently.

Who was the first US president to be impeached??? I don't know any 5thgraders that would know that off the top of their heads out of thepossible thousands of things they could have been asked...

you think?

haha, that too!

I was thinking the same thing, a) that these are not just your averagepublic school kids-they are very smart. and b) that they must brushthem up on the topics beforehand.

Yeah, no kidding. Alot of it they would HAVE to have justbrushed up on, you just wouldn't remember that stuff for too long.

I didn't know there were people on earth whodidn't know what a rhombus was, at least, not people who had takengeometry.

I was yelling, 4 sides, then no, a 10 sided figure would be a decagon...

Don't most people know from pentagon to decagon, as far as regular figures go?

Wouldn't you assume it was either a funky triangle or a 4 sided figure...?

Oh well, I guess I'm just too rational.

Missy-I'm getting too old to remember what I learned in gradeschool. My famous saying, which is true is-"If ya don't useit, ya lose it". So true.

You did good to actually know some of those, I knew some too, but,.

Hey look, a decagon question. This guy needs to chat with that other lady.

I definately agree though. A 5th grader wouldn't know whatyear Lincoln became president. I had to memorize those at thebeginning of this year, not that I really remember them...

Oh, and I was under the impression they'd berotating the kids around, not having the same ones everytime. That makes me think that they're helping the kidsout.
