insor teeth

i was checking out fee's teeth and it looked to me like a third inscor tooth is growing i took a pic for you guys, but couldn't get a real clear one:

i drew around the 'third tooth' in this pic.

and here is a quick drawing i did with paint to kinda show you guys where it is. its bhind the teeth and is small and pointy looking

any help would be very helpful. i am a little worried. she's going in for a tooth trim next wed. should i try and move it up?

Those are the peg teeth. They are directly behind the incisors. They may need to be trimmed along with the incisors but otherwise they're fine.
