Aww...my sweet Flower gave me loads of kissesall over my forearm!! It was so sweet! I've beenwondering all this time if she would eventually give me kisses, andthere she was, kissin' the heck out of my arm, and even a bit of myhand!

I had no idea bunnies had such soft, warm tongues! I'm usedto rough kitty tongues, hehe! Our boy kitty,Hobbes, likes to try to bathe my hair (which he promptly then gets toolong a piece of and then tries to eat, hehe), so I'm used to myforehead getting an exfoliating treatment almost daily.

But...this was so much softer...I could barely tell if she was actuallylicking me or not, but she sure was! Made me a bit nervous,since the teeth aren't far behind the tongue, but it was sowonderful! I feel so honored....

Nope...no kisses from Princess Maisie.I know she loves me like crazy (if only by the fact that she won'treally let anyone else pet her...not that she's scared, justpicky)...she comes bounding to the top floor whenever I do anything toget some love.

It sure was nice to get those kisses, though. Sometimes Idoubt myself as a bunny mom...and that was so nice andreassuring...like she was saying, "Don't worry, Mama...I LOVEyou...you're WONDERFUL!!"

*sigh* I'm in heaven...bunny heaven...

I have one doe that is nursing 8 right now and I was shocked when Ireached in her cage to check them this week and she started kissingme. You have to understand - most does would want to bite myhand off (or at least nip me). I stuck my head at her cageand she started kissing my nose! It was so cute...

Bunny kisses are the best! Glad to hear about this, Rosie.

My girl, Nibbles, was newly spayed (and still pretty young) when Iadopted her, and much too nippy (hard nips that left big bruises,mainly related to her trying to boss me around. ) She was also quiteaffectionate, but wouldn't let me get near her mouth unless I washand-feeding her.

A day or so after I decided to use a spray bottle to stop the hardnips, she came over to me, flopped against my right leg (I was sittingon the floor) and started licking my hand *and* tooth-purring. I waselated!

She quickly turned into a very "kissy" bun, and loves to do a bit ofreciprocal grooming - I pet her head and back, then put my hand near orunder her chin. She'll lick for a bit, then I pet her had and... (startover again). She's never licked my face, but will groom my hair everynow and then. Although I'm flattered, I usually try to redirect herattention, because she's a budding hiarstylist (she thinks!).

My bunny (who recently passed away) used to lickme like crazy! Anywhere there was skin, my face, my neck, myhand, my stomach, etc. She was so sweet! I wouldstick my nose through the bars in her cage and she would lick it too.

I got a new bunny and after only a week she started licking my hand! I was amazed.

I wonder if she was kissing me because she knew we were in the worksfor bringing her a new friend. Goodness knows I've beentelling her about it often enough! Hehe!
