Home for a Senior Bunny?

Hey there, I was wondering if anyone had a senior rabbit that needed a forever home? Maybe someone who only had a couple years left? I am interested in adopting a rabbit, but I'm interested in doing it responsibly.. and unfortunately to be able to do that, I will probably only be able to look into having a bunny for a few years. For this reason, I may foster, but I would also love to give an oldie a good home, if given the chance. I'm located in Portland, OR, and distance, however long, may not be much of an issue.

:yeahthat: Especially if you're interested in an older bunny. A lot of the "older" bunnies in shelters are only 4 or 5, and they have a hard time even getting these bunnies that I'd call middle-aged homes. Occasionally they get true senior bunnies, and it's very hard to get them homes. Rescues more often have older bunnies than shelters, too.

We have a number of seniors in rescue here. Although they are still up for adoption, we consider them sanctuary rabbits.
