Hello,
My name is Katie. I live in Ararat VA, about 5 minutes from the blue ridge parkway, up in the mountains.
I am a pet rabbit owner, and I have been proudly for almost 11 years.
I also raise & show Mini Rexes. I got into them as a project for the FFA and won all kinds of chapter, state, and national awards for them, so I kept at it. Now almost 9 years later, I still have them. Through most of my original stock has passed away, I still have some of my original lines, and hope to continue to breed them.
I am an amateur web and graphic designer and I love to show off my bunny sites and work, and I offer free avatar and siggy images to other rabbit lovers free if requested.
I am married. My husband, Kelly raises Standard Rexes but he doesn't have a lot of competition locally and is discouraged by it. He is thinking about raising Mini Lops instead.
We both work together for a fire & flood restoration business, we are crisis based and have to see a lot of sadness every day but our animals bring us joy. We are also non-denominational christians.
