I am thinkng about making the Christmas lights and hanging them where my M-I-L can see them and faint.

True story - 25 years ago my husband cut the end of his thumb off while chopping potatoes.It bled like crazy. We had no bandages so I wrapped his thumb in a tampon and it worked great. The doc's at urgent care got a huge laugh out of our choice of bandaging. He ended up having a skin graft on the end of his thumb.

I don'tknow - it sorta reminds me of the story of the little kid who was learning to read.....

They were having company coming and mama asked him to get some of the special napkins to put on the table...

So he ran to the bathroom and used...you know...(feminine ones)...

Mama didn't happen to check the table till after the company had arrived and were going to be seated....
