help with lucys new cage

hi all

sorry its abit late 3..12 in the uk am but

we have lucys new cage can anyone tell me can you actually clean the pine wood inside the cage will it not damage it

with a proper rabbit disinfectant

I think it will be okay if the wood is properlyvarnished. If it is not it might soak up the cleaner and I,mnot sure what that would do. Also I have found that rabbiturine tends to damage wood and leave white marks that are hard to getrid of so maybe try to stop her peeing on those bits.
