Help, red eye rind !

So we got this bun yesterday and I found a little white eye discharge twice on one side and I used wet towel to wipe it clean. The rind around the eye is red . Is it infected?

It looks a little red, but not bad. You can clean the eye out with a saline solution and see if that helps. It is probably that it got a little dust in its eye.
