Help needed

Hi, I am new to the site. I have had rabbits foryears,I currently have a major housing problem. I helped torescue a mum bun and her 5 babes. I am going to keep them all, but I amstruggling to find a decent sized house for them all that doesnt costthe earth. Can anyone help? at the mo they are living in an indoorcage, which at the moment is okay, but very soon they are going toneeds lots more space. I am keen for them to either stay as one biggroup, or split into 3.

I tried vacuming out my 2 cagesevery day but that got oldReal Quick so now they get :sweepoutonce a day andvacumed every 4 days to a week.onder:mostly!:thumbup

Im blessed with the cleanest bunny in the whole world. Basil andMax make an absolute mess of their condo, but Mr. Tumnus is very neatand tidy. His cage is almost always pristine! I think he's a littleOCD, like his mommy

Mike, Mocha and Loki together probably beat outall others in the messy department. Loki's littertrained butdigs the litter out and pulls hay out of the hayrack. Mochais not littertrained whatsoever and poops and pees all over.Still only takes me about 5 minutes to clean their huge 4x5 gridpen. But I don't have carpet down like you do, just textured,relatively no-slip vinyl floor. So it's really easy to sweepand then wipe up any additional problems with vinegar.Although pens are easier to clean up too because I don't have to reachin.

Flo- I highly recommend NIC cages. They're easy to make andoh-so cheap. And you can build several levels up if you wantto. There's some really good examples in the thread Haleyposted. You can usually find the shelving grids at placeslike Target, Walmart, or Bed, Bath & Beyond.
