Help! My rabbit's mouth/chin area is asymmetric.

Help!!! As per subject, my rabbit's mouth-chin area is asymmetric between left and right. The left is like a little bit pulled to the back.
She's not like this before, it has happened since the last 1-1.5 years. I've brought to vet but they said it might be caused by the bacteria pus from the left ear that was blocking pushing the nerve. But I've got my rabbit lateral ear resection and now the ear is cleaned. However the asymmetrical face remains.

Appreciate if anyone can give advise.

Here she is. Look at the mouth/chin. One side is like pulled to the back/up

If this has been like this a long time, it could be the nerve was permanently damaged due to the ear infection. But I if this is something that occurred a while after the surgery, it would be good to have your vet check to make sure the infection hasn't returned, if that hasn't been done already.

It's been like this for about 1-1.5 years... She used to be very pretty with lop ears like a girl with pony-tail.

She is still very pretty - asymmetrical or not

It's not that one side is pulled back, but that the other side is droopy due to the nerve issue. I don't know if daily gentle massage could help at all, but that might be something worth trying. The anti inflammatory meloxicam, may be another thing to ask your vet about trying, if inflammation is at all involved and provided there are no kidney issues. Though with it being like this for over a year this doesn't seem as likely, but who knows.
