I was brushing my little boys fur tonight and when he went to give my hand his usual lick i was horrified to see that one of his front teeth is now missing. I have no idea when or how this has happened, and he dosnt seem to be in any discomfort, but i'm really worried about it as he is my first rabbit and i know he needs his front teeth to eat.

Would love to post a picture if anyone could tell me how, i'm new to this site! Please help! :cry2

As for pictures, go into "Menu>UploadPhotos>Browse>upload. Then when you go to post, there's a white icon above near the "Bold" "Unlineline" buttons. When you put you mouse over it, it will say 'insert image'. From there you can pick the one you uploaded.

No picture yet. The tooth almost surely will grow back out, but I don't know what you should do in the meantime. Which of the 6 is it? 1 & 6 are the upper & lower peg teeth, 2 & 3 are the upper large incisors [2 is on the rabbit's right side, on your right side facing him], 4 & 5 the lower large incisors.

No pics showing up, unfortunately. All you can do for now is keep an eye on the opposite tooth and maybe get it trimmed. The tooth should grow back. You might want to have a vet look at it in case pain meds are appropriate or there's still any bleeding.
