Hi there,
I was a member here years ago when I had my indoor free range minilop Ludo. I'm a 31yr old stay at home mum who runs my own pet sitting venture, and I am completely animal obsessed. My best little buddy Ludo passed away a couple of years ago after living a very happy healthy 8 years, and he left a very big rabbit shaped hole in my heart. I swore I would never get another rabbit and go through the heart ache again but recently I broke my own rule and adopted a very cute Flemish giant buck. He is caramel and white with big brown eyes and is only 5 months old, so only 1/3 of the size he will be, which will be huge considering he is already massive lol. The breeder I adopted him from chose not to use him for breeding and had him as a pet but due to overcrowding she had to find him a home, and I am SO happy she chose me. I named him Stroopie, after the Dutch syrup waffle biscuit (husband is Dutch lol). I also have 8 cats (yes, 8 cats), and 4 little girl cavies. Believe it or not, Stroops loves guinea pigs, his cage mate was a guinea pig before I adopted him so he loves it when I bring the guinea pigs inside and he can sniff them, have little conversations about grass, have hay fights, etc. I like to take him for rides in the car and I am thinking of harness training him so I can start taking him for walks at the park with me and the kids. Anyway, this is in introduction and no doubt I will be posting on here a LOT
