Just wanted to say I've been getting even more handsy with the rabbits, for a good cause though! Doing checks etc, and while they still don't like it it's getting easier, but also after Im done they approach me like we're completely cool and they want some rubs. I'm delusionally believing that they do it as a sort of apology for putting up such an epic struggle and then realizing its not so bad.
