This is just a guess but im assuming like most hair masks you wash your hair, then put the mask in instead of conditioner, so it's in while your showering, then rinse it off like you would conditioner.

Idk though :?

It doens't say on the tub?

it says to put a healthy amount on(doesn't tell me how much that is:?), let it sit for 3-5 minutes and "Reveal resilient, shiny, soft, silky, frizz-controlled hair". that's it:grumpy:

A "healthy amount" is enough to cover the hair, but not TOO much.
i guessed that. of course they want you to use a ton so you have to buy more, sooner:rollseyes.

A bunch of hair mask recipes I've found have you shampoo the hair, just to get anything that's in it out of it, then apply the mask to the damp hair...let sit, then rinse and shampoo/condition everything again.

I've used that hair mask!!!!

It's as the others said.... you shampoo, rinse it all out, and then put the conditioner in.... Personally I like to wrap my hair in a warm towel and leave it for 10-15 mins, but it still works great if you just leave it in whilst you're showering and then wash it out at the end :)

Let us know how it goes! :D
