Haha those are good, I'm going to try the mascara one I never thought of it that way before..boys, I'm sick of them, I just broke up with my BF, he was getting really annoying and wanted to be with me all the time andtexted melikea million times a day..drived me nuts!

Lol, I was putting mascara on a few nights ago to go out and my brother walked in the room and said "cant you put mascara on WITH YOU MOUTH CLOSED?" and I tried, and it was impossible I also learnt about only putting mascara on your top eyelashes...that same night we were having a laugh and we were all crying with laughter and every on of the girls had to go and put some new mascara on because it was running lol
and irishbunny, shame that you had to split with him but if it was making you unhappy *shrugs*.

Nooooo.Sorry I have to disagree with this, if you put mascara on your bottom eyelashes as well it makes your eyes 'pop' so much more.

I totally agree about the mouth thing though. It's impossible! It's like trying to pat your head and rub your stomach at the same time.

I don't get why it says only put it on your top lashes. I always used to do that because I thought it was the 'done' thing. Then I started puting it on the bottom and its so much better! I think its so dependant on your makeup. I wear light makeup generally, just mascara (both lash lines) and lip balm, occasionally concealer under my eyes. However if you are going for the full mascara, foundation, eyeshadow, powder and lip stuff then I thhink maybe just limiting to the top lashes will help it all look less heavy.

Then again what do I know?

Lol.... I always put it on top and bottom! If I'm only wearing a bit of makeup, it doesn't look too over the top, and if I'm going for the full-on look I probably want it on the bottom anyway to add to the 'drama' lol....

The trick I've found is to only buy waterproof mascara!

Put it on your top eyelashes and it naturally goes onto your bottom eyelashes, gives a more natural, even and refreshed look and for those of you who use waterproof mascara (that works!) wich one do you use? if I put make-up on I am usually going to a party and then end up in tears with laughter amd evem the so-called "water proof" mascara runs lol. And its not the way I put it on as my friends have tried and ended up puzzled when it still ran. Maybe I should stop going to partys

For waterproof, I brush on a little bit of Urban Decay's "Lingerie and Galoshes." The "lingerie" part is a primer, then the "galoshes" part is a waterproofer.

When I buy mascara, I usually buy something waterproof, but my friend keeps sending me mascara and it's *never* waterproof. So I got the Urban Decay stuff, and use the normal mascara with it. Also, I can just put on the waterproofer if I think I might need it, not every time.

I can't put mascara on my bottom lashes, though, because they're uneven. On one eye, my lower lashes are longer and thicker than on the other eye. It's not really noticeable normally, but kinda freaky when I put mascara on them! Too bad, though, I love that look.
(I'm usually just a mascara and lip balm girl, too. Well, the occasional lipstick, until it wears off and then I just switch to a shiny lip balm.)

I have an addiction with make-up so if i put the mascara on the bottom lash then it would look weird.. plus.. i put alot of mascara so it would look like of freaky.
