My two bunnies have been living together with no issues for about 6 months. All of a sudden one has gotten very aggressive towards the other. They live in our sunroom and have a cage they go in and out of. The one will not let the other in and has drawn blood scratching the other. I have separated them but the less aggressive bun is very sad. Any thoughts?

That is trouble, hate to say...

Think of two dudes fighting over a girl...

Hormonal males living together usually results in fighting. The baby-getting-along thing rarely lasts once those hormones start affecting behavior.
Once they are both neutered (to eliminate hormones) then they may bond again. Unfortunately male/male bonds are considered the most difficult. But it has been done. For the best chances, have them neutered, then wait a full 2 months before beginning the bonding process. Read up lots on the process before beginning to give it the best chance of success.
