"Free Range" Bunnies

My rabbit isnt free range but is in a playpen, he will pee 100% in the litter box or his hay box (much to my dismay but its better in a box than on the tiles or carpet!).

Only thing is his poops, theres piles of them in the hay box and litter tray but he also poos around his cage..

Is there a way to get 100% of poops and wee?

l.lia is he fixed? My boy will also go 100% to pee in the litterbox (minus one accident cus my wife closed his cage to keep the baby out)but he will still poop outside of it the thing to look for is were he poops outside of it, is it scatered or in piles? If it is in piles its a potty training issue. If it is scatered and he is not fixed he is probably marking his teratory from what I have read. so having him Fixed might be the only way to get 100% poop and pee.
