She is not spayed. The other day we saw a wild rabbit hanging out in the neighbor's yard which is unoccupied at the time (we have a wire fence between us).
The next morning I found out that FooFoo made her way out of our yard (its a long story why she was able to. Another neighbor seemed to remove chicken wire we had at the gate to prevent escapes)
I caught her a few yards away but she was still out for some time. She is certainly in heat. What are the chances she might have gotten pregnant from wild bunny (no idea if that bun was a boy) ? If this is what happened, what should we expect?

Young between a domestic bunny and a wild rabbit are not viable, to far removed from each other so if she is pregnant any young will be still born. But the odds are very low for cross breeding.

I believe Devi is right, cottontail rabbit species are not capable of producing offspring with domestic rabbits (european rabbit). Though of course there's always a chance that she came across a male domestic as well.

Yes, I am in United States. Wild rabbits around here have a white tail, so I believe they are cottontails. Thank you all. Could she contract any diseases though?

No, we don't have any other domesticated rabbits running loose in the neighborhood. At least, chances are 1 to 1000 that she met one.

If anything they would get into a fight, especially with another female find her as soon as possible. One time one of my females escaped her cage while another female was having floor time... It was terrible. She still has a scar on her head.

All my rabbits are housed together (2 neutered males, 2 females - mother and daughter) and are doing just fine together. I caught her as soon as I found out she got missing (and people told me where exactly she was hiding). She got hungry by then, and I brought her some kale and banana. Grabbing her was easy.
I think she just used some time "out" without any bad consequences
