Hi Abdul, your bunnies don't drink much water because they get their water from all the greens they eat. My Hazel is the same. She mainly eats greens and vegetables too, and rarely needs to drink.
You do need to have fresh water available for them at all times though, because sometimes they will need to drink some.
As some already mentioned, as long as the seeds are not the small birdseed kind, but the bigger seeds like sunflower seeds, they should be fine as a treat. Your bunnies are not getting much protein in their diet, so a few seeds won't hurt. You could also try a piece of walnut or other safe nuts for a treat. Also fruits like mango etc, as long as it is in limited amounts.
Basically, if your rabbits mainly have greens and grass, they need as big a variety as possible, to make sure they get all the vitamins and minerals they need. If you have wild rabbits around where you live, you could try finding out what they eat, and pick some of those weeds and greens for your rabbits, too.
