the big difference between mini rex and standard rex is the weight difference, but what im looking at is body type, mini rex is a compact body type, while a standard is commercial, your rabbits hind quaters are more ball shaped and well, compacted while my standard rex is more lengthy. I say she has nice shoulders because you dont want is for the shoulders to dip down, you want them to stay flat, like yours
