Breeds I would Never ever Raise-

1- Hollands. Blech.

2- Mini Rex are tied with Lionheads

3- Britania Petites... Yuck.

4- Any Angora Breed

5- Dutch, Harliquin, and Hotot Tie for fifth.



Breeds I would LOVE to have: (It's pretty clear that I love them Arched breeds)

1- English Spots

2- Checkered Gianta

3- Tans

4- English Lops

5- Havanas

Breeds I would Never ever Raise-

1- Checkered Giants, I hear agression is comman even in the most established lines

2- Any Angora, I love the buggers but I can not deal with the grooming required

3- Netherland Dwarfs, I am not good with small rabbits. I love them but not on a breeding level, to many people want the small rabbits.

Not surethere are any others.



Breeds I would LOVE to have:

1- English Lop

2- Astrex

3- All the velvety breeds

4- Flemish Giants

5-Mini Lops

Them are just the breeds I do not have. My favorite breed that I have had has to be the Mini Rex. I have had such good luck with getting the sweetie pies and they where always fantastic moms, unlike the Holland Lops. I love my loppies and own mostly loppies, 4 out of 6, but they tend to be more "Admire me, but onlyat a distance. Hands off my hot rump!" rabbits.

I just don't like rabbits with small skinny heads and bodies.
6. any angora, I couldn't deal with all the grooming.

2. Holland Lop
3. Flemish Giant
4. Tri color French Lop

I love dutch rabbits, they are my number one favorite breed.
I didn't like French lops until the show this weekend and I saw an amazing Tri, I could have taken him home right then and there.

Aw, nobody wants their own psychotic little Dora bunnies (Brittania Petites)? I can't say that I blame you.

I don't breed, but if I did I'd want to do Rhinelanders, Tans, either of the D'Argents, and standard rex.

My not-so favorites - buns I would not want to raise - Brittania Petites, Lionheads, Angoras and Jersey Woolies...

But, I have not met a bunny I did not like!

I want to breed Lionheads, Dutch, Both Rexes, and all the lops. I LOVE LOPS! I WANT LOPS OF LOPS LOL!

I probably would be fine with an angora or two, but I don't think I could handle Flemish giants. I'm not into anything that's big. I like a VW rather than a Hummer, a cottage rather than a big farmhouse, and a Dachshund rather than a Retriever. I also don't like any breeds that have a reputation for being aggressive. I like rabbits that come up to the cage and say "I'm so glad you're here!".

2. Belgain Hare - Well they look like a hare
3. Tans - Too plain..
4. Cinnamon - Not very common, but they look Tort, and I don't really like the Tort colouring..

1. Canadian Plush Lop (Soooo cute!!)
2. French Lops
3. American Sable

5. Angora Satin (will probably raise when I'm older!)

I would probably raise other breeds too....and the ones not listed under favourites I still like. hehe.

Why doesn't anyone want to breed Brittania Petite I think they are totally adorable. I was thinking of adding them to my rabbitry in years to come!

I would love to breed Dutches and Brittania Petite the most but pretty much all rabbits are good with me. I can only think that I wouldn't want to bred Angoras because of their grooming requirements.

I would love to breed(or already do) Holland Lops, Velveteen Lops, Dutch(hehehe my favsss), polish, Rhinelanders or mini lops

WOuldn't Care for: Angora's, Jersey Woolies, Fuzzy Lops- i've been bitten too many times helping friends groom theirs on show days. English Spots(CIndy would kill me they're her breed) or Netherland Dwarfs-I've had a heck of a time with teh few pairs that i've had to get them to keep their kits- though i'm getting another pair.

Odd question within topic to all Nethie breeders, what color would you get to go with a blue otter?

Im still very new to rabbits. But from what ive seen on the internet this is my list.
1New Zealands i raise them and i only have a few thats mean.
2Mini rex love there fur
3mini lops i want to get someday

I dont want to raise these
1Flemish gaint way to big i love the new zealand but hubby has to help me move them so i dont even want to try the flemish gaint.
2Any Angoras i hate long hair on any animal to much work to keep the good looking
3 Fuzzy lops same reason as the angoras
