I've recently had to take my Satin Rabbit Clark in to get neutered because he was spraying. Everything went well and his urination problem stopped for around 3 days. However he's begun to drink and pee A LOT again.not as much as before he was neutered though. Should I give him a certain amount of water now? Is this normal will my Clark be okay?

Is there a chance that maybe he's beginning to go through a molt? When mine are shedding a lot, water consumption goes way out of sight and the litter boxes are always soaking.

Has it recently gotten hotter? In warmer weather (especially if he's outside), they will drink more water.

Are you saying he's spraying a lot or just that the volume of urine is large?

His water consumption and the volume of his urine production shouldn't be expected to change after a neuter although it is reasonable to expect the spraying to decrease.

His spraying was a problem until we got him neutered now it has stopped. As for the weather it has gotten much hotter(around 107 normally outside) they are kept cool in my bedroom which is usually around 70-75 degrees. We've since bought him a salt licker which helps a little with his constant thirst.

A salt licker? Like the blocks of salt sold for guinea pigs? I don't know what the effect is on rabbits but I do know that rabbits don't require excessive amounts of salt. Plus in my mind, salt would cause him to drink more wouldn't it?

I've found that my buns drink more when it's either drier weather (in humidity, not necessarily temperature, although straight up rise in temperature will also cause more liquid intake), or if they're eating more hay. Buns will drink more water if they eat more hay because it'll help push all that fiber along in their system.

Drinking a lot of water and peeing a lot of clear urine also could be a sign of kidney problems. I doubt very much that this is the issue with your bun but something to keep in mind. A bun with failing kidneys may also lose weight despite normal volume of food.
I am quite sure , however, that you bun is drinking in response to temp changes.
If this continued and you wanted peace of mind the kidney function can be determined by simple blood tests.
