My rabbit Syd, was free ranging for a bit, and I noticed he got into my bag of rat food, and had eaten several of the rats lab blocks.
Should i be worried that this might hurt him?

I'd hoped one of our members with ratties would come along and answer this because to be honest, I don't know exactly what's in a lab block or even how big they are. Google tells me they're fairly high in protein compared to rabbit food and usually made with corn or soybean meal.
My guess would be that if they're meant for rats to eat, they probably won't hurt his digestive system. If you're worried I would push the hay and water though and keep an eye on his poops.

Lab blocks are about the size of half a baby carrot, and it's got 18% protein and 5% fat.

Heres the ingredients if it helps any

Ground wheat, ground corn, wheat middlings, soybean meal, corn gluten meal, soybean oil, calcium carbonate, dried brewers yeast, dicalcium phosphate, iodized salt, L-lysine, DL-methionine, choline chloride, niacin, vitamin A acetate, biotin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, vitamin D3 supplement, folic acid, menadione sodium bisulfite complex (source of vitamin K activity), vitamin E supplement, vitamin B12 supplement, riboflavin, calcium pantothenate, ferrous sulfate, magnesium ox
he seems fine, and poops are normal. I'll keep an eye on him for a while though.

The fat content looks very high. I would make sure the bun continues to eat veggies and drink water. Keep things moving along in the GI tract for a few days.
