My lionheads used to have them on day 31 or 32...one or two had them on day 30. Nyx (flemish) just had hers on day 33 and tomorrow is day 33/34 for Sophia (she was with the buck twice).

Usually day 31 for my dutch and mini rex(4 weeks and 3 days) the Hollands varied everytime, some of the litters were born at 28 days while others were born at 33 days and everything in between.

I've got four litters due this month as well. 3 does bred on Valentine's day(1 dutch, mini rex and V-Lop) and one dutch due march 21st.

I've had live babies kindled at 35 days after breeding... but past 35 days is not good...

I have a litter now (Flemish) born at day 32.

I have Hollands and Woolies and for the most part, they're right on- 31 days to the hour! But occasionally I'll have one go a day early or late.

What part of the day do they have them???????
like morning or night....

She is due today and nothing yet... We have an cardboard box in there with her.. So I'm thinking moving her to the hutch that haves a wooden box hooked up with it.... I'm too afraid that the cardboard box is to small...

Most (but not all) of my does kindle at night, usually between 10 pm and 1 am... But I've had a few that deliver during the day, regardless of who's around!

Withme and my friend it has always been totally different, both our rabbits when they had litters, kindled during the day, never at night. Time difference maybe :p

I just thought I'd add to this - I've had does kindle at 5 am, 8 am, noon, 2 pm, 6 pm, (even on the half hours too) - and of course in the middle of the night.

So for me - with my lionheads (which I used to breed) and my flemish (which I now breed) - it doesn't seem to matter what time of day it is. They just tend to have them when they want them.

I wish I could predict that it would be between certain hours...too often I've slept in the rabbitry in a recliner hoping to hear the babies which might squeak while being born.
