My rabbit has a very dry coat and her skin is really dry
Would 4-5 drops of any food grade oil such as olive on too of her pellets be benificial would 1 or 2 drops massaged directly into the biggest problem areas do any good

Is her skin also flaky? If she has dry flaky skin it could be a sign of mites. Otherwise, I'm not sure what can be added to food to help with that, some show breeders might know.

First make sure it isn't mites (fur mites can look like dandruff and could potentially also cause hair loss).

If its just dry skin breeders add black oil sunflower seeds to the diet. Maybe 1part BOSS to 3part pellets

I also think sunflower seeds are good but you can also try raw flax seeds- angora breeders use them and also horse breeders for keeping the coat in great shape. Also, any seed is fattening so its best to feed in small amounts- like 1/2 teaspoon.

Once you are sure it isn't mites (if it is treat that) flax seed, black oil sunflower seed, cottonseed, or about 1/2 tsp per 1 cup pellets of canola, sunflower or, cotton seed oil should help.
