The look of the babies will be dependent on both parents, not just one. Colour, size, shape etc. If you are looking to breed two different breeds together (which I don't recommend) you could end up with a mix of some that look more like the dad, some that look more like the mum, and some that are inbetween. Colour can be very complicated and is affected by what each parent is carrying, not just what colour they are.
There is no guarantee to know what the rabbits will look like unless you are familiar with breeding genetics and are familiar with the backgrounds of both of the parents and they are the same breed.
