I have two Rabbits, Flux and Bella. Flux is the male and is the dominant one. They've just been bonded and are getting along great. I feed them both at the same time and Flux usually finishes all his food in one setting. Bella, who is smaller, will stretch out the time it takes her to finish her food. She'll eat a few pellets at first, but then waits a while before finishing her meal. This was not a problem when they were separated, but now that they live together, when Flux is done with his meal, he'll just go on to finish Bella's food. They both have a fresh supply of hay and veggies daily.

Is this something that I should correct? Or is it something I should let them figure out for themselves?

I apologize if this question has already been asked. Thanks in advance for any input.

I like to give them separate bowls, but if that's not enough, you may have to keep them separate until they both finish. Eventually they may learn what's up and may eat more quickly.
