Doe having kits! But...

This morning I came out to find my holland lop 2 year old doe pulling for. She didn't have a nesting box because it was to early. I then put the box in and she pulled a little fur. I then left her alone for about an hour and came out to find her pulling out her fur and leaving it in the wire...should do put it in the box? Leave it? Will she make a nest on the wire or box?
