I imagine if you want a critique you'd have to pose him correctly and have a not blurry image :)

they dont look blurry to me ... and as for posing someone else posted some that were not posed correctly and as I'm new to this that would probably be the reason why they arent posed correctly not to mention he is new to me so I'm letting him settle in before i mess with him too much.. so.. yeah

Maybe instead of saying something like that you can offer assistance? Maybe tell her how to pose him properly rather then being negative?

While yes the photos are pixely their plenty clear enough too see whats needed to critique him.

She's been asking for assistance for days, I offered the only thing I knew, that maybe she wasn't getting replies because the photos aren't ideal and he isn't posed in a position that is critique-able. I don't breed or show animals therefore I don't know precisely how to pose a lop, but I do know that that's not it. Which is why I point out, why don't YOU post something helpful rather than waste time pointing out how you deemed my post to be unhelpful?

The point of the forum is not for other members to come on here and bash other members photos or posts. The OP already stated she is not using the correct pose for the rabbit so why not leave the issue alone? She is asking for help.

Rosalie, the Rabbitry can be a slow section at times. Somebody who can help you will eventually see your post.

its ok i understand i just got a lil antzy about it because I was hoping I actually bought what I was told was a show rabbit so I could learn about showing and practice with him until i learn enough to show

The only one bashing anyone here is you. I offered help as I could, you chose to berate me instead of doing the same.

You might try just googling Show Lops, there are a few websites that'll walk you through what to look for in like, head shape and body shape, but to be even more unhelpful, he's gorgeous :)

I don't know much about Hollands but I'll try. I like the head ears maybe a touch long. Body looks to be long when u take new pictures have him try to sit up more and not put his front feet between his hind feet this may be causing him to look chopped in the hindquarters. There is another critique thread about an orange and harlequin doe you could try to get a better idea on those comments

He's really cute!!! I'm new to the whole thing, but I do know when you pose them you don't squish their head down. I think they're supposed to be sitting more upright. To my uneducated eye, his crown looks like it's not sitting high enough on his head (called a slipped crown, I think). But that could be because he's not sitting up as tall as he ideally should be?

Either way, he's really cute, and I can't wait to see more pictures of him. :)

LOL! Tell me about it! I've been working with my 2 1/2 month old French Lop buck. I get him posed, go to snap, and he's already moved. LOL So far I've got a shot from the top, one from the back, and that's it. haha
