hi all

as i said lucy has a new cage much bigger than her other one

the only thing ive noticed is she isnt pooping as much could it be with her having a new cage and her getting used to it

She is not pooping as much? She might be stressed. Is she hunched up in her cage or is she still active?


Not pooping or small poops is a sign of GI Statis....but it could be acoincidence that this began when you moved her to her new cage.....Trixacted weird the 1st 2 nights in her new cage, even tho it was 3 timesbigger than her old one!

You such a good bunnymom to worry about Lucy. She sure is lucky she's got you to look after her.

She should be ok in a few days. She probably just needs a couple ofdays to get used to her new cage. It did for S'more...and she had thesame pooping problems until she was comfortable.

Just keep a close eye on her. Put some of her old stuff in the cage.Give her a few of her favoritetreats (not too many ). Andjust keep reassuring her that everything is okay.

No one said you weren't being a good bunnymom. But mom's can be overprotective at times. Trynot to worry so much. Owning a rabbit should be fun, notstressful!
