Cotton tail?

I need help finding out what breed my bunny is ): thank you for your help in advance! Is he a cotton tail or?? I included some pictures of him so hopefully it will help!

Not a cottontail.

If you live in the US the wild cottontail and the domestic rabbits can not breed because they're different species. I'm not sure about the UK though.

I don't actually know what your bun is though. A broken chestnut agouti color, maybe? Really cute though!

Thank you! I wasn't sure if they could be breed together or not and I'm from the US. Here is another picture of him

He'll be 9 months around the 21st and if I remember right he's 5-10 pounds, i dont remember exactly

5-10 lbs is a huge difference and can be the difference in many breeds of rabbits.
Even if you can try using a bathroom scale with you holding him, and then not holding him, and deduct the difference.
Odds are hes a mix of possibly a few breeds.

Okay unfortunately I don't have a bathroom scale so ill contact my cousin(his former owner) and ask her or see if my mom remembers

I'm going to say that he might be a New Zealand mix. They are a larger rabbit, he sort of has the head and ears of an NZ. And they're a really popular rabbit for multi-purpose uses. If he was picked up at a flea market, pet store, fair or anything like that, he's might be a NZ or NZ cross.

Thats just my guess though. Maybe someone else will come along and say that he is or what he could be!
He looks like a big boy though!

color is broken chestnut agouti. Breed: Id just say mixed breed. He doesn't really look like any one breed to me.
