The 2nd description of the eye that you gave - blue w/ a pink overlay sounds like a cchl c genotype which would have a very distinct ruby glow. The homozygous cchl would have less of a glow and more of a blue/lilac/gray eye.

Two homozygous lilac sables will produce lilac sable/seal. Both lilac sables would have to carry the non-extension gene "e" in order to produce lilac points. If they carried ch, they could produce pointed lilacs. If they carried "c" they could produce REW.
