She was spayed on the 12th. The only thing she will not eat is pellets. I give her hair ball remedy too so I'm unsure what this means:

Have you pulled the poo apart to see what that is?

My buns often have poos that look like that when they are moulting, and when I pull them apart there is just hair everywhere, but that's good because it shows that it is not getting stuck and is coming through the gut.

Is she moulting?

Looks like either fur or carpet strands. I wouldn't sweat the pellets as long as she is eating hay and greens...and drinking water. What "hairball" treatment did you use? I would suggest pushing the hay and making sure she is properly hydrated. Most buns coming out from anesthesia are already dehydrated....made worse by the fact that a lot of vets do not administer fluids during the procedure. And most of them get worse over the next couple of days since they don't usually eat or drink much. If you don't have the capability of administering sub-q fluids..it might be a good idea to get at least one round, maybe a couple, done by your vet and then you can try to maintain the hydration orally.

It looks like hair, it kind of looked like carpet one time I looked since she decided to try and pull some up right before I got to her. She never really sheds off a ton of hair, I brush her almost everyday but haven't this week because she won't really let me since her spay. The vet told me if I move the hair on the back of her neck and it quickly moves back she's hydrated so..
