becc I am in NSW and I used this to convert the time, scroll down toU.S.A Eastern and type in the time etc and it works it out for you.
It helped me, their 3pm chat was 7am the following day (thursday for their wednesday)
I got up at 5am this morning and did all my morning things and chattedand left for work straight after the chat. I was dressed and done etcfor my day at 6.45am so I could talk and head to work straight away
