Toby's poos are solid again, but very small. I want to give him a little pumpkin.

After I open the can, how do I store it? How long will it keep?

I know you can freeze it in ice cube trays, then transfer to baggies, but what if I just put it in the fridge?

I keep mine in the fridge for about aweek. I've noticed that it can start molding around a weekand a half or so, so I figure that gives me a good safety zone.

I store it in a tupperware container.

Hi Laura !!!

Freeze it!! ;)

You can use an ice cube tray. When they're frozen pop them out and putthem in a ziplock bag or a freezer container. You can take out what youneed and the rest will keep for weeks.

Just for fun.....Try giving it to the buns still frozen and see what they do.:bunnydance:

Umm.... okay....

Now can you tell me how to get it out of the carpet?

Toby does NOT like pumpkin. I was hoping he'd be one of thosenice bunnies who likes the taste, but no luck. It's all overthe desk, the printer and the floor.

I suddenly remembered the "pumpkin on the ceiling" story, Jim D, and Tina's ordeal, trying to get Apollo to eat it.

You could try unsweetened applesauce instead, just be careful that he's okay with the natural sugar in it.Pumpkin really doesn't have much fiber compared to other veggies, itjust has lots of water which helps to rehydrate them. Andit's convenient for syringe feeding. You could try wettinghis normal veggies down, too.
