Calling all Sims 2 Addicts and others!

I Love the sims. And I got all the sims when they came out but then my computer wouldn't run them so I had to stop. I'm getting a new laptop but I don't want it to get ruined by putting to much games on it? So I might suggest we get a new house computer.
