I was playing this morning for like 3 hours... totally addicting! I usually play my own Sims though. I have a custom neighbourhood with all custom housing that I put about 8 families in, all with teens, and adults and children (lots of friends/love interests to have!) then I just play them all. The current family I'm playing have 3 teens (all boys). I've played back to the boys Great Grandmother, and they are all my own Sims. I hate playing with townies! I also never use money cheats, and I only use the boolprop cheat for extreme cases!

I want all the expansions but i have a laptop so it will make it go slow. I play my own sims and townies! I like getting them farther. I don't have a single family that I made that has more then 1 or 2 generations with them being young still. But then I had to restart all my families when I got the sims 2 with nightlife and celebrations stuff. But that is ok. I have better stuff! lol.

So I have:

Seasons (haven't redownloaded it yet)

Pets (can't find disc one so can't download it.)

Celebrations stuff

Nightlife!!

and Open for Business

ME TOO ME TOO AND YES DEFINETLY GETTING SIMS 3 though annoying as just bought all sims 2 expansion packs i have all sims 1 all sims 2 and now gonna have to buy all the sims 3s :X

I have all of the first one. All to will be getting the Apartment expansion and will get Sims 3.

I'm also a huge Sims 2 fan. I have the Sims 2, Celebration Stuff, Nightlife, Pets, Open for Business, Kitchen and Bath Stuff, Ikea Stuff, and H&M stuff. I really want the Apartment Life expansion pack when it comes out and the University pack. I keep seeing the University one in the store and want it, but I can't spend the extra money right now to get it. Maybe in a couple of weeks though...let's hope all of my animals stay well enough to allow for that!

As much as I love the Sims 2, I can honestly say I'm not that great at it. I'm too perfectionistic with everything and my houses have to be seriously perfect - it drives me nuts sometimes. And I always turn the free will off because I don't understand how to play with it on. Any suggestions for me? And since I play with the free will off I can never figure out how to play with more than one character. I have the Pets pack and even though I always want a dog I can't have one and have settled for cats since they're easier to play with. What am I doing wrong?

I love the Sims 2, but I don't think it loves me. Any help?

I'll probably stop buying the expansioon packs for Sims 2 and wait for 3 now. I have all the Sims 2 expansion packs, and the last couple haven't been great. I'm not a fan of the Vacation one or the Free Time - both were a waste for me other than the new items and professions. bleah.

I know... On sims 1 they did little things you could download from a website and you could download bunnies but they were only stereotypical bunnies the brown long eared ones!!

They didn't do much really and to feed them you had to leave human food out on the floor! I liked it then but I don't see why they didn't put rabbits on the pets pack :X

Yeah they should have had rabbits on the Pets pack. It would have been so cool! I would have had a rabbitry!! Hahaa

I believe on Apartments for DS there is bunnies.

like Ali I have them and have apartments on my list to buy it comes out. I can't wait for 3 to come out. I recently got one of the sim storys and loved it.
