Maisie has taken to piling things in front ofher cage (almost like a barracade-type of thing) I think so the catscan't see in or put their paws in. Would she be morecomfortable if we got some dark-colored plexiglass (or some sort ofsimiliar thing) to put in front to keep them from being able to see hervery well? We're already going to purchase some kind of meshso they can't put their paws in...will this alone make her morecomfortable? She seems to be getting more and more irritated, and I would like to figure out some way to help her relax a little andnot feel so much like she has to defend her home. Is thereanything I can do?

Maybe put a piece of cardboard over where she'spiling stuff up? If you have a big cardboard box then that might work. She probably feels a bit uneasy about being watched all the time. Doesshe have a big box inside her cage or something she can go in?

She doesn't really have a box, persay, to goin. She mostly puts the large 18 can soda box in the front ofthe cage under the first level of her cage (see picture...smallerlevel, not bottom floor) and sleeps behind it, or sleeps on the toplevel in the back. I want to get her one of those largeplastic little dome "houses"...would that help her feelbetter? What else is out there that would fit in a space likethat? (The space is about six inches in height and the wholedepth of the cage.)
