Bunny shampoo?????

Why do they make bun shampoo if baths are traumatic for bunnies? I saw it at a local pet store. KAYTEE brand. I wish my bun would frolic in the water...she's sorta dandruffy. No mites, though!

Why do they make ****ty foods if that will kill your pets?
Marketing and money.
Rabbits shouldnt be dandruffy. Have you had skin scrapings done to check for mites?

Companies don't always make and sell things becasue they are good for us or our animals. Products are made so people will buy them, that's really all there is to it. The junk foods are marketed for people to buy, and people buy them so they keep getting sold. Many people think rabbits need baths, so will want to buy a shampoo for their rabbit. They simply don't know that rabbits don't need to be bathed. As long as people keep buying these products, they will keep getting sold. This is why education is so important. If people realize that some products are not suitable, they won't buy them. If people don't buy a product, then it won't be sold anymore. The hard part is that many people simply don't care and don't want to learn no matter how much we try to educate.
