Bunny red bump four days after spay

Hello! My bunny BongBong was spayed four days ago (Dec. 29th, 2021) and seemed to be recovering well, but today we noticed a red bump or inflammation on her incision site after taking off her medi shirt. There was no blood on the medi shirt and we put the shirt back on approximately 1-2 hours after taking it off and noticing the red bump. Today and yesterday she has been eating, drinking, defecating and urinating normally. I have attached two photos, one of Bongbong with her medical shirt and one showing the incision and red bump. We plan to take her to the vet in the morning as an emergency vet clinic informed us that it is not an emergency. Hoping to see if others can chime in on how serious this could be?

I understand your concern, but I would say listen to your vet. Main signs of concern are not drinking, eating, pooping, or peeing. If she is doing these things and not bleeding consistently and the vet is aware, she should be okay until the morning visit.
