Bunny humping

I recently brought a new bunny into my home after having another one for awhile. He put their cages side by side for a week and today we started binding them. One is about a year and another is almost 2 months. They got along great. Absolutely NO fighting. So we went ahead and put them in the same cage, after about 10 minutes the older one started humping the baby like crazy and would not stop. Had to separate. Hubby don't want to get them neutered so we can have kits. Is this something that has to run its course, or should I try bonding more? Idk im lost. Please help!

Still your breeding for pet. You should be breeding to better the breed! You have to register and register your rabbitry its against the law to be breeding!!!
