Hello to everyone. I've been watching this forum for a very long time since in my country there are no rabbit experienced vets and you always provide so much important information for my bunny. Unfortunately today it was the time to finally join the forum too in order to ask your opinion about my bunny condition. The last 1 week i have noticed that my 5 year old lionhead bunny has a very small bald area with loss fur on her nose just above her nostril. The skin of the bald area is not irritated and it doesn't have any spots or scaly appearance. Also my bunny has no symptoms of anything she is very happy as usual eating pooping and playing normally. She is also has no itchiness on the bald area and she seems to give no attention to it. But no matter there are no symptoms I am in a lot of stress according her cause I have called the vet to tell her about the situation and she is away from the country so I cannot take her until 2 weeks from now. I have sent her a photo of my bunny's nose and she told me that she believes it might be ringworm and that it would be better to put a ketoconazole cream on it and check on how it goes until she will be able to see it. Is this serious ? I am extremely worry cause I love her so much and I dont want to loose her. I will upload a picture of the bald area and please i would appreciate your opinion. Sorry for the big post but I am in a lot of stress !!
