There is a bird at the humane society that pulls all its feathers out. Is that also due to close breeding?

It appears to be primarily stress related in birds.

My dog Kayla would lick her paw so much it wasraw skin. the Vet said it could be boredom, among other things (she wasabout 12 years old when she started it).we were given somecream to put on it, but she would just lick it off. so we as a familybecame very vigilant in watching her and teaching her not to lick. wewere moderately successful in this, she was a very well behaved andVERY loved dog.

Well, my friends took the bunny in question back to the breeder's today...
they (the breeder) were going to try some things to stop him fromumm.... feasting on his feet. Thanks to everyone who gave advice. I'llkeep you all posted on what happens.
I wish them luck, especially their young daughter whose pet the bunny was:kiss:
