Ok...this may sound like a stupid question....
I know that the book says that the rabbit will 'mark territory bydropping hard pellets in a trail" Tonight, I was letting the rabbit sitwith me on my bed....she was relaxed and being petted and seemedcontent. When she got up to stretch, a piled of pellets rolled out fromunder her...and I mean A PILE. She then backed up to my pillow andtinkled!!
Ok so off she goes back to her cage. She didn't piddle enough to even go through the sheets but I just don't get it I guess.
Do they eventually not leave droppings where ever they go??? Or are your houses littered with 'breadcrumb' trails??

LOL! I thought those same things when Bo was young.

He did the poos on me (sometimes it's age, sometimes it's markings, andother times it's laziness!) The pee is marking and/or notbeing litterbox trained well.

Bo improved greatly with his neutering and even more after he got a bitolder and wiser. Once I kept him off the carpet we have hadno "pees" except to mark a blanket the cat was on. I'm stillworking with him.... not sure how to stop that.... *sigh*

He's pretty good about poos. Once in a while he'll not gethis butt where he should in the "out of cage litterbox" cause it's acorner box where his other one is a square. He will drop poosright outside of his box then..... but those are easily sweptup.

Bo isn't loose all the time. That's a huge difference with many of us...

Neutering can help some, with urination anddroppings. There will always be the occasional dropping to pick up,sometimes they simply can't make it to the box! Even the most trainedbuns have "accidents."
